    Here in Winnipeg we have snow (of course).

    But, whereas the average January temperature is -18c (=0f), today the forecast is for +3c (=37f) and we may break a record.

    But I'm not putting the long underwear away yet.

      It snows but maybe but once a year in Atlanta. Most times it simply frosts a few times in Hotlanta.
