No. I like the widescreen format for watching TV, movies, etc. I can't stand fullscreen formatting.

That said, I don't like widescreen monitors. I want those black bars above and below for the subtitles, because I can't stand having the letters overwrite the image. I want them because then with multiple screens, I can compress the image much easier.

So, in short, widescreen images 4tw. But give me multiple fullscreen monitors instead of one or more widescreen monitors.

The problem with widescreen monitors is that few games support their weird-ass native resolutions. So there's always scaling involved.

I've seen my share of tv that is 16:9. Quite a few programs on tv is sent in 16:9 now(but we don't have hdtv in Norway yet) and something is not right with the persons there when viewed in 16:9. Very odd. I don't particularily care, but my father hates the 16:9 view option and uses some automatic option that is supposed to swich to the best view. It probably does, but half the under texts disappear some times.

I suspect that if you strech regular porn on 16:9 TV you will get shorter guys with even longer dicks.

Yes. There are 2 HD PPV channels with my provider, and one of which is porn usually.

This is the exception, not the norm, with somewhat modern games.

Only game I play that can't do widescreen right is Warcraft III.
