Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh

I used to be into hanging round large crowds of people and I used to be much more sociable than I am these days (my studies unfortunately don't give a lot of spare time anymore). To be honest though, it always felt better hanging round with just a few closer friends than a crowd of acquantences. Having said that, the latter you should do every now and then, if only to meet random new people.

Sex - sex is great. IMO sex with a **** buddy is the best scenario. Having said that, I've only ever (and will only ever) have full penetrative sex with someone I'm in love with. Each to his own.

You judging other people for social niceities isn't good. The reason people smile when someone tells a joke that isn't funny (for example) is to make that person feel better, to make them feel like they aren't being judged.
My first instinct is thast sounds like a (VERY mild) form of autism, but I've only known autistic people, I'm not a psychologist. If people are annoying you that much, I'd recommend a counsellor - they could give you coping strategies for it.

Just my humble advice. Seriousness from me can be rare, cherish it

Just be yourself, do what you want and enjoy doing, ignore other peoples reactions, preferably do not even watch their reactions, put effort into maintaining your close friendships and find some activities that involve small groups of people to do that you enjoy.
Your days locked away in your room with anxiety worries is not good, you do need to see a psychriatrist to get help for that, see a doctor who can refer you to a suitable specialist. Learn to control your breathing in situations you find stressful.

You're an introvert. So what. I'd imagine that a vast majority of Apolytoners are introverts. They (including you) come to Apolyton to socialize with (mostly intelligent people) without being judged for how they look.

But I like being judged for how I look

I'm just using poly as it doesn't mean leaving the house. It's cold outside

There are plenty of people like that here.

And the rpoportion is even higher there

Yeah - I feel like most of the rest of humanity isn't fit to lick my boots.
