I asked one of my co-workers and he said there is a specialty butcher shop not far from work run by an elderly German couple and their son. I'll have to check it out.

How in the hell does one debone a raw turkey, duck, and chicken while still keeping the wings and legs intact?!
I just have a bad feeling that if I tried deboneing a raw turkey, I would end up with a pile of raw meat that would look nothing like a turkey...not to mention trying to get the (deboned) chicken into the (deboned) duck and then the (deboned) duck into the (deboned)turkey!
Doesn't anyone else see the nightmare involved in all of this?!
I think I will just stick with baking my Christmas Goose instead.

My turducken problem might be solved. I went to this specialty butcher shop near my work and they do indeed make turducken on site. The problem is at $150 per roast it is expensive and they don't use any stuffing inside the bird(s). I will have to see if I can get fresh deboned birds some where else so thatn I can stuff them myself.
In the mean time I bought some of their freshly BBQed tri-tip which was slow cooked for 8 hours using indirect heat. It's so much better then grilled meats.
