      Am I to assume (And there is no way I'm going to read some DU tripe as merely opening the web page kills brain cells) that this individual has some feeling about the sanctity of life.

      That being the case I suppose he is an ardent supporter of the anti-abortion crowd (it being DU and all, or perhaps not).

      Seeing as I don't feel the same and happily slaughter animals, I likewise can feel safe in my pro-choice stance.

                            The obvious mistake that poster is making is that he is taking the fact that humans are equivalent to other species in an evolutionarty context and acting as if that somehow applies in an ethical context. As far as I'm concerned sentient and non-sentient lifeforms are not morally equivalent.
