very Hyperthetical scenario here, and yes I know, there isn't going to be a war or anything silly just because a Spy got killed, but anyway, I wanted to ask some , um, experts, on this because I'm convinced my friend is deluded here....

Let's say there is , and it's Just Russia vs UK . No Nukes allowed

Who would 'win', or who would be able to cause more damage to the other?

Russia would 'win' because geographically huge countries are much harder to damage than little island countries.

If Russia can destroy the British fleet, they win. OTOH if Russia's fleet is decimated they're still in the fight.

Future wars can be done via PC games to avoid bloodshed. It would even free up lots of money we spend now for the military for other purposes. WWIII could just be a massive online game.

The UK can't realistically invade Russia, and a Russian naval attack on the UK is also fairly unrealistic. In other words, stalemate.
