As stated above, I think I have made it clear that I have had 26+ years of self-control experience. :P

Anyway, i didn't buy the Jung book, but I did get Guns, Germs and Steel and The 3 Chimpanzee's one, (I suddenly forget the name).

Most of what gets socially defined as bad frankly isn't bad.

You've got to ask yourself one question, every day. It's the central question of what Karl Jaspers called the "Axial Age," a question that the Christians got to later than almost everyone else, but phrased best: am I doing unto others as I would have them do unto me?

If the answer is, "yes," then you're home free, and need to stop beating yourself up. If the answer is no, then you owe some folks an apology. It's that simple.

You're right. I am often being treated badly at work or around work, I've done nothing to them, and I do a lot for them.

I do my best to forgive and forget, I succeed, but deep inside I wonder if I am wasting my time with these people.

This is absolutely not Sn00py. He had a lengthy thread here to explain how he was getting increasingly fed up with her Christian girlfriend, and they broke up. After that, for several monthes, he was slashing Christianty at every occasion.

You remember that far back? wow, I can't even remember what I did a few hours ago.

Slashing Christianity is good fun! It's easy making fun of gullable people. teehehe

Sn00py, I wouldn't be concerned about this too much. Good people don't usually worry about whether they are good or not.

Sn00py has obviously embarked on a career of bank-robbery, murder, mugging old ladies and attacking sovereign states under false pretences.

How one's conscience deals with that, I've got no idea.

The more life goes on the more a better person I am becoming.

If I had kept living my life the way I lived from 15 to more or so 22, I'd either be a wanted criminal, dead or in prison right now.
Name something you must not do, and I did it....except for killing someone. That's it. Everyother crap, I did. Got arrested 4 times, always got out of it with little or no consequences compared to what I had done, lost friends, almost lost my family....amd so on...

Anyway, one day, took my self up and changed for the better. Now life is much easier, a lot more fun and way less stressful.

This is pretty silly. It certainly sounds nice, but it's really only so much sophistry. People should act a certain way based on reasons, not platitudes.
