    And thanks, Park Avenue.

and now everyone wants to get out of there.

Let's just say this, he wasn't complimentary. You know how he is.

What I think is that it's an abomination that people do these things to each other daily.
Know what one of the latest things they like to do is, before they moved on to burning alive? Using electric drills on people as torture.
My apologies for misreading your posts, then--but frankly, I must confess that the way you phrase things, the way you post them, often makes this one think that you do feel in such a manner towards the tan-skinned rabble that resides in that misbegotten region.

Of course, I also clearly misinterpreted the new army slogan (the Neanderthal-like "Army Strong"), so clearly my comprehension is whacked.

I'd like to be able to tell the innocent from the vile, but since that's impossible...
Re-reading your post, I must confess that this line throws me.
Frankly, I can't really tell the difference between myself and the vile people in North Korea. I can't really tell the difference between modern-day French and the Vichy collaborators.

Should I thus assume that I'm one of those Stalinists or that the French are all Jew-hating traitors?

Oh, silly question. You don't like the French anyway.

Religion is the disease these people have. Religion is the thing which has no good side to it.

Sure, the human animal has instincts for killing and violence, but religion makes such instincts sacrosanct.

If the number one goal of this century is to check global warming and make environmental conservation a part of the economy, then eradicating religion should be the number one goal of this millennium.
