As stated, the archives go back to the change over from 2001.

Strangely enough, no. There's a black hole of some, uh, 6 months? We upgraded to vB in the first half of 2001. Spring, I believe. The archives date back to late 2001, and the 9/11 threads, for example, are lost. So there are some 6 months of threads after the vB upgrade that eventually vanished without archives or such.
