I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Me, too. I expected to get one used Texan whose gubernatorial candidate had lost! Instead I find out I can't even tease him, because he's been thrown off the boards. Damn!

Why is uploading a game file a no-no?

It wasn't a game file. It was the no-cd hack, Which is a well known BIG no no.
Very Silly, since there was no reason to use this site as a means of transfer, with so many other options available.

I didn't really want to get into specifics but it is a good chance to remind people that it's not allowed. Or posting links to where they can be found.

You're evil. Take me, for example. I've had a full collection of civ2 cds, but lost them during moving. Or lent them to someone or forgot, anyway, they're lost. I've bought some new ones (still can't survive the loss of others), but for the time being, I needed a no-cd crack, and once more, when I forgot to take new cds with me. I don't find it wrong. I've been buying legal productions, several times actually. Yet, I had to use no-cd crack

I also feel that people that purchase the software should be able to have a no cd_hack,

BUT, it's against the rules of the site since it can and does encourage piracy.

So that's the rules that we enforce. It's not like people can't simply use google to find it. Geeze. We just don't participate. Live with it.

To be clear are links to no Cd hacks allowed?

Guess I'll stick to links to porn then.

                            thx for the laugh.
