Depends.

In really totalitarian systems there is certainly the goal to control everything, incl. what people think. Therefore totalitarian regimes often try to create "new humans" according to their ideology which then would think all alike. In praxis though it's hardly possible to really control everything.

However, in authoritarian systems there can be a difference between a public sphere of the society, where people have to obey the ruler/ruling elite etc. and a "inner" sphere where they can actually think what they want (since nobody can really control that anyway) as long as they don't express criticism openly.

In this case, restricting speech wouldn't mean restricting thought per se.

Maybe some day all the race fanatics, including tolerance criminals and actual real racists, maybe some day we realize that if we want to get rid of racism, we shouldn't treat races differently in common issues.

As in 'you're yellow, I need to treat you differently' or anything else either. How about just treating people like you treat all people, huh?

These tolerance criminals are always strenghtening the role of race, well that leads to racism every single time at the end.
