A difficult flavor to describe, and enjoy for some, Cilantro is so important to the world's cuisine. Therefore we offer you 3 different plants. Together they provide year round leaves in any climate. For true "Cilantro," we offer only 'Jantar' as it will produce the most leaf, yet still render Coriander seed, with a roasted, citrusy-sage flavor unlike the pungent leaves it resides above. "Vietnamese Cilantro" doesn't produce coriander-type seed but is thriving in August for salsas and is easily overwintered indoors. "Culantro" is just plain intimidating, looking more at home in the desert than the dinner plate.

How do you have experience at most of those things?

Oh, Cort Haus! I am simply shattered that you don't like cilantro!

I lived in Mexico for 6 months as a younger adult, and learned how to cook there, so cilantro is a must for most of the homemade salsas that I make.

But no worries, mate. There are plenty of foods that I don't like either. (Thankfully cilantro is not one of them, though )

I guess I shouldn't invite Cort over when I'm making burgers, as I put a HUGE serving of cilantro right in the meat (along with onions, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, sometimes BBQ sauce, and jalapeños) .

@elle: Well, it's no big deal, but you can get a link in your sig rather than just the address by using Reply to Post, then instead of posting anything, copy the whole URL tags to your sig line in your profile.

This is tragic. A beautiful burger with onions, garlic & Worcs, and then ruined by cooking the chuffin poison into the meat. :sob:
