Sad enough to make me look at it.

      • Man, there must not be anything to do in Scotland. Still, they're slightly less irritating than the English responses.

And your site only strengthens my opinion that Australians are good people.

The Scots have been good to me. They are plenty busy, but don't mind taking a moment to help a lass out.

Oh, Aussies are great as well. I just wish I would hear from more of them.

          • Aussies don't generally seem the type to lecture others on their shortcomings of their country, except in a joking fashion. A lot like Americans in that respect.

            • Scots: Lechers. The lot of them.

I refer you to my post about channeling AH from two days ago.
I know AH. AH was a friend of mine...
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891
