They don't do executions in the UK anymore. This isn't your Grandaddy's Great Britain you know.

No drawn and quartered? No beheadings?

      Pansies.

Doesn't posting pictures of yourself committing a crime sort of make it easier for the police to find you and get a conviction.
Yes, which is exactly why I'm so . Rather than addressing the real problem of chavs committing crimes which are now considered "petty" in UK and net you short probations or prison sentences (robbery, "happy slappings", gang rapes, what the christ is next?), the labour party politicians are using their usual "we're TOUGH ON CRIME" -rhetoric while attacking information distribution channels like YouTube. Notice that they're not doing anything about the actual crimes, just saying how the recent surge in violence is YouTube's fault and it should be controlled. And the less there is distribution of these disgusting videos, the less is the public aware of the problem, so politicians think the problem is solved. Very short-sighted

I'm not aware of the UK govt ever banning anything like this. No one mentioned banning them, If you ask any politician anywhere they will condem putting these pics on the net. You tube will not be banned.
Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.

I'm not aware of anyone ever saying in this thread that UK govt ever banned Youtube or anything like it. I'm pissed off at net censorship, which the MP's I quoted in OP are advocating as a "solution" into a problem of street violence.
