Despite being 25-28% behind in the polls, Ken Blackwell will become Ohio's next governor. Just as he stole Ohio's electors for Bush in 2004, He purged 1.2 million voters rom the rolls this year. Ohio's Republican scandals have become so great, that the current governor once had an approval rate of 6.5%
As I said before, in addition to being a tool, you're also clearly a nutcase.

The difference between the two parties is that Republicans purge living voters from the rolls, whereas Democrats add dead voters to the rolls.

Its like I tell people. The Democratic party is the party of inclusion, the GOP the party of exclusion.

The evidence is overwelming. It's been built up over the last six years to the point where even the Republican Governor of New Mexico has issued changes to the election laws. The honest Republicans have come forward; Ohio however has been one of the centers of election fraud.

Here's a link to some of Ohio's online newspapers . Some of the most interesting developments are likely to happen in Cleveland, including, surprise, surprise a terrorist threat .

I don't suppose you'd consider certification by the Ohio Secretary of State as the final determinant of who wins the bet?
I don't really understand what do you mean by this. My suggestion for rules:

Whoever gets the most votes according to the official results is the winner. If Ken Blackwell receives the most votes and thus is the winner, you can decide what my avatar is between Dec 1st, 2006 and June 1st, 2007. If Ken Blackwell does not receive the most votes and thus is not the winner, I get to decide what your avatar is between Dec 1st, 2006 and June 1st, 2007. Deal?

So when the Secratary of State certifies it?

Or do we wait until any appeals are over?

                        ok, yes.

There is substantial evidence to suggest that the 2004 Ohio vote was stolen. There is plenty of evidence of election fraud, but whether there was enough to change the election is unknown. However, since Bush had 10% more votes than Kerry nationwide, I can't be too worked up even if he did steal Ohio. I can't abide the EC. Bush was the nation's choice, however miguided that choice may have been.

When you actually have some damn evidence to back up your claims then maybe I'll consider giving you a modicum of respect. Until then you're just a crazy MF nutjob begging for attention.

The sort of massive electoral fraud necessary to pull off the claims in the OP is just too much for even me to believe. It would have to substantially dwarf even the massive electoral fraud in Ohio last time around.
