It happens once a week or so that some newbie arrives with a question and actually has the patience to stay around long enough for someone (me) to notice them... thing is, I don't really play any Civ lately, and I've never played any of the CtPs, so most of the time I have no idea how to answer their questions. You can help them - come in, start idling, and answer those questions as they come (assuming the asker doesn't exit in ten seconds)!

That's what I usually do, actually. However, quite a few of those who have the patience to stay around and wait for someone to respond have already searched the appropriate forums without finding an answer, and don't want to register and start a forum thread just for a simple question (which might, nevertheless, be quite outside of my sphere of experience).Originally posted by Colonâ„¢

He will be the new Civ4 Content Editor, responsible from bringing and keeping our Civilization IV section up-to-date.
When I was asked if I wanted to join the Apolyton Staff I was quite honoured. I`m relatively new to Apolyton, I only joined up when Civ4 was released, and I`m not as well-known as many others. I do hope my posts on the forum have made some contribution to the community though, said Diadem.
Our front page on Civilization 4 has long been neglected. Updating it - and keeping it updated - is an interesting challenge. One I will not be able to do alone. I can not possibly write all the content we want on my own. So I do hope to get the help of the community in writing interesting articles and strategy guides now that we are back on track in updating the site.
Since his appointment Diadem has been working hard to complete and update the Civilopedia of our Civilization IV Information section, much of which hadn`t been worked on since late 2005. It is now fully updated with all-new graphics and information that reflects the state of Civilization IV as per the latest patch (v1.61).
