If you're a chicagoan then you pretty much have a moral obligation to "vote early, vote often". It's tradition. Santorum would tell you to follow tradition.

Santorum is ****ed, and Rendell is safe. Hell, if you're going to fraudulently vote, do it for a race that matters (i.e. a House race - particularly if you're from surban Philly). I mean... don't do it.
