My wife made things worse when she went in front of the principal laughing and saying there was no way that we were gonna sue. Seems she slipped up saying her brother was molested by a squirrel in college becasue he was carrying a twinkie. Damn squirrel ran right up his leg stole the twinkie and left.

Kids now can't have snacks outdoors as a result.

Need to watch those violent squirrels.

I was riding my bike one day at dawn when a squirrel fell out of a mango tree right in front of me. Smacked his little head on the pavement. I don't know if he slipped or fell off when he dozed off or what. He got up, shook his head, and bolted.

This is from the Chicago area. I've never seen one myself.

I always wondered if those black squirrels were just a Chicago variety. I've never seen them anywhere but Chicago's northside.

I saw a squirrel without a tail the other day, running up a tree. Weirdest looking thing.

I've seen lots of squirrels, but never a black one.

Black squirrel populations in certain towns are cause for pride and celebration.

Cool. So they're distributed around, just not heavily.

Those who have never seen a black squirrel before often describe their first sighting as something magical. Some quite literally doubt their senses.
Would make me doubt mine, too.

It is funny though, in my part of Michigan we had gray, black and red squirrels so I never thought much of it, but when I came to DC for college a lot of people would freak out over the black squirrels, hehe.

I had a guest visit from Australia who had never seen a squirrel before and simply loved them. So I took him to a wildlife rehabilitation center my housemate used to volunteer at and he got to feed baby squirrels from a bottle. It was pretty cool.
