Feng Shui and German speak

Anyone here know anything about Feng Shui? Have been trying to learn a bit about it but seem to get lost and everything on the net wants you to buy the product. Anyone here have any direct contact or use of it? I just want to understand the freeking basics of it. I bought a book that's so utterly confusing I'm more mixed up then when I began.

I inherited some mugs from my Mom and one of them has this German writing on it and I would like to know what it says...

pottery actually and it's a pitcher which would make sense, however, quite a small pitcher only about 8 inches in height but makes better sense now that I look at it and see that along the sides and top it has grape vines and a large V painted at the pouring spout.

Dont know at all what is feng shui, except what my sister told me about it, and what she have done to my appt.(which is, for an estethic point of view, better).

But since this is an ancient chinesse art.... I wouldn't say:
"omfg, this is so irrationnal, superstitious or blah blah blah blah". If it can be effective; why not?

If Chinesse are doing so well (economically speaking), it's must be the fault of feng shui. (now i`m kiddin)

Pffft! Have been reading up on and studying Eastern cultures and this seemed interesting. Besides I need all the help I can get to de-clutter my house. Plus I inherited lots of old family things and needed help placing them correctly. We are beings of energy it seemed appropriate to try to incorporate correct energy.

actually I have never seen chinese porno, and chinese food has been americanized.

It's easy. Just take all the junk you don't need, and throw it out. That's what I do.

I do agree about clutter, and having line of sight to the door. But I don't need some high priced feng shui consultant to tell me that. That's just common sense.

So I get to pay some guy thousands of dollars for common sense. Ridiculous.

How is he going to know more about what I like, than I do?
