Doesn't discipline/loyalty count for something? I mean, how accustomed are the people of Nevada to looking out for anyone but number one, compared to the Mormons east of them? Would Nevada's modest but significant Mormon population side with Utah? And how loyal would the gangs in LV be to their home state?Comment
