My god, he was permabanned after that?
I vaguely remember this exchange, but I must say that I was hardly anything near to being offended at the time, and I don't think this remark really stood out as deserving a permaban - if this did then so many other things that he had said.
His point in that thread was idiotic, though, but that's besides the point. I do kinda feel sorry for goating him on to say all this crass bull****, but I remember it being awesome to see him squirm - plus, he's a big boy, he should've had more class.

I am always cool
I generally don't get upset about the holocaust - as I don't get upset about the past - no matter how terrible. It's the future and the present that get me down, especially parts of the future history this country and the world that I see as bleak and feel helpless to change. Apparently, it's these topics that can lead me to tears, really.Comment

I don't get upset over things written on the internet either, but it wasn't always so. I think it comes with experience.
With time I came to consider trolling for reaction an artform in itself, especially on a forum where you are known and people have acquired a sort of immunity, or at least should have.
Paiktis was always expert in pushing Angloamericans over the edge, which I considered very entertaining
