its a choice to have a child and advance to that stage of your own life. you make it sound like parents are dragged into parenthood kicking and screaming and theyd rather not be parents and its a big inconveinence for 18+ years and that deserves some kind of respect. im sorry, but parents arent the victim of their own choices and they arent putting their lives on hold.Originally posted by SlowwHand

I absolutely love being a parent. That doesn't mean certain things weren't delayed until a more opportune time.
Why are couples waiting until a later age to have children? To get their career started more easily. Hard to do that when you have to make sure you're at the day care by 6.
