Meanwhile, in the heat of Armagedon, there isn't a square inch within 500 kilometers of you, that isn't sea water, that wouldn't be glowing brightly in the event of missiles being tossed between continents.
Germany would probably blitzkrieg Paris as usual and we'd barely notice a thing of it all.
