Well, thushence you understand that Kuci was gloating about how rich the DC area is, as it gets +50% gold and +50% hammers than any other region in the US

For example, I could put on a full nazi uniform and have dead baby fetuses all over me, splashend and stuff and they would say.. 'hmm.. interesting, twisted and f'd up, but go on son, go express yourself!'.

Libel laws in the UK are a serious reducer of free speech here compared to the US.
Also, we are getting these regulations regarding 'hate speech' which basically boils down to if one person claims to have been offended, you can't say it. So, no free speech really. Heil Blair!
I agree on the hate speech legislation, but I have to say I love our libel laws. Having to have evidence of something being true before saying it, presuming it's defamatory, seems like a great idea to me. It still has reasonably stringent laws (it must cause significant harm as well as being unsubstantiated), but it stops newspapers running even more amock about peoples' personal lives.

They aren't, but they'd be worse without needing to prove stuff. They don't publish a lot because of legal issues.
