DU shells are standard NATO issue, only now are we touchy about it as people die from it. I might be missing a thread or two here, but don't people die in a war.

If Hizbollah stops owning the Lebannon and the government finally takes over that duty of care all nations owe to the people, peace might reign along that border and Israel might relax a bit after 14 years of random Katusha attacks by Hizbollah.

Every nation has an army to protect her integrity, I'd like to see the Lebanese Army finally take control of the country, alas Hizbollah owns it already.

I've wondered about the course the Israeli's took, I would have put Paratroopers staight into the Bakka ? valley and sealed the borders, instead they bombed the Civilian population into misery as that is where Hizbollah is based, and they know it it, but as do the Israeli's.
It is a "touche" situation for both.
