    I applied for a syrian visa today. I will be going to Syria 25th of this month, for a month. It will be nice to see old good Damascus again, though it will not be the same without my friends Some are visiting Syria, actually, but not in the same time.

                I usally don't hang out much in Damascus. Is there any place there where I can have a beer outside? I allways find myself confined to the big hotels, where I;ll have to sit inside.

                I like the closet Bar on Strait street though .

                        • I'm sure You were longing to see some new syrian posters. Here is one. It's nice, because it is in an appropriate place: it shows Bashshar and the greek-catholic cathedral, and the picture was taken next to this cathedral.
