We will still have to find out when Og arrives and where and when to meet him, since he's put up at my place as well. Heresson will still make up his mind, Ralph and Bernd should be fine considering they're both equipped with my phone number.Comment

Meeting tiem and venue are in the OP, we will find loads of pubs and cafes to hang out in. As the group grows in size over time, I might call the Aufsturz bar
to reserve a table, but that will leave us less flexible.

My point was we can't stay at Hackescher Markt station for hours whilst everyone arrives...we need a venue to stay put until everyone has arrived.
