That was discussed at length on 670 the Score. A physical at the begining of training camp isn't the turn your head and cough variety. Shuttle runs, sprints, lifting etc to see where the players are physically at the begining of camp (so they can compare to end of camp and such).Founder of The Glory of War, CHAMPIONS OF APOLYTON!!!
