It's actually in East Germany, at the theater in Greifswald.
Evil people say, that it's our welcome for Dub-Dub, who July 14th will meet with Merkel in Stralsund, East Germany (not far from Greifswald).
People who know it better, say that it's just part of the scene setting for the musical "Hair", the premiere of which is - you guessed it - July 14th.
Although I'm somewhat sure, that the latter explanation is correct, I gladly admit myself to be a follower of the former.
