      I expect it's possible to improve rapidly with practice. There are only a few passages, and if you get to know them by heart it's possible to hammer out the words without wondering what the rest of the sentence should be that could possibly give these words meaning.

                Depending on the test, my range is anywhere from 110-145. ON this one, I hit around 130, one mistake.

                    Well, personally I don't mind if I suck at typing compared to all you rocket-typists, as my career plans don't include data entry or working in a typing pool.

                      Yeah, I don't get much benefit from being a fast typist at my job -- 1% of the time spent writing a research paper is actually spent typing, the rest of the time is spent daydreaming.
