Yea, possibly as many as 1% of all SUV owners. I live in Colorado, where we get plenty of snow and often have to drive on icy roads. The only people here who need SUVs to get around live at the end of very long private driveways at altitudes of 9000' or more. I visit them at all times of the year in my front wheel drive car as long as there isn't a blizzard going on, ie 99% of the time.

Conclusion, an SUV owner is 98% likelier to be a jerk than any other car drivers.

Smoking is banned by law in all bars, restaurants and of course all other indoor establishments here. So the owners have to arrange for a special smoking room or smokers must go outside.
