Wiki states that the black suit is merely a prologue for Spiderman 4 which will be Venom. Spidey 3 is supposed to be just Osbourne and Sandman... interesting if they are spreading out the arcs in previous movies so completely.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. The 4th bad guy may be The Lizard. Connors has been in the movie before hovering around. Or Hell, go all the way with alien symbiotes and get Carnage in there
