I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Does anyone know why Heinze was so angry? I mean, he plays for the Scum so he should be able to handle losing big games - what else was there?

I feel very happy now it's certain a European team will win the cup.
(seems like the warm weather didn't hamper France this time, maybe it affected Brazil's performance?)

I'd rather not see any of the diving duo (Italy or Portugal) make it to the end.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Europe!!
Except for the Italians, I really like the way the quarter finals turned out, coudn't be better.
I'm sure the English will win it with a world class team next time around though, has to be, with all that quality. Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Deserved win for Germany. Argentina controlled the first 50 minutes and then chose to sit back and let Germany come at them. Had they continued the style of play they had before scoring (and all the possession that went with it) Germany would of been very lucky to get past them. The Argentine substitutions really made it difficult for the team to return to an offensive style of play. Also, I'm very surprised by how organised the German defense was for the first half of the game. I didn't think the current team had it in them.
England actually managed to play well yesterday, even if it was just for the last 40 minutes plus extra time. They were unfortunate not to go through on one hand, but on the other hand had they gone through they would have had just Crouch (good player) and Walcott as strikers.Hope it's now apparent that Beckham holds back the English side - he only had a better first half than Lampard on the grounds that Lampard actually tried to obtain possession.

Let's not get overboard here. They did ok, given the circomstances, at no point - in the whole tournament - did they play well.
The moment, Hargreaves and Crouch are your best players, you know you're in deep trouble. Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
