But taking a portrait of a man with that kind of facial expression like you have done is gay. Period. And when you think that football is gay...and you dont like that label...post in some other threads with straight sports. Or make a thread about your avatar if you enjoy the discussion. That was the worst most boring game of the world cup so far. It's a shame they couldn't both go out. They couldn't even make the penalties exciting!

the only reason I can see for taking out Frei is that Kuhn knew they hadnt practiced penalties and wanted to win it in the last 4 minutes.

But there were lot of reports in the german media that they practiced penalties. Most here were very surprised that Streller started. Urs Meier hasnt considered this substitute at all.

That's actually a good idea. Send the incompetents like Ivanov (or practically every other ref in this World Cup) over to 'Poly where they can't cause any real damage (can't be any worse than UR anyway) and let good ol' Ming steer soccer back into the realm of credible sports.
