I'll be landing in Dussedolf a bit after noon on July 4

it's only 4 hours (and another 4 hours to get back the next day)

There's a semi-final in Dortmund on that day. Dortmund is really close to Dusseldorf, so you really should not miss the opportunity if you happen to be there on that date.
