    those were just ****.

And Battlefield Earth may well have been the first modern movie to reach Ed Wood like levels of badness, a movie SO BAD that it becomes cultural kitsch.

Pluto Nash on the other hand...judging by the responses on this thread it passed beyond being bad. It was not even good at being a bad movie. I like 'Bad' movies....because there's two kinds of bad movie 1. So bad it's good 2. "Your next almbum, 'Shark Sandwich', recieved merely a two-word review, '**** Sandwich'...
    All true
And I just remembered: Add "Buckeroo Bonzai"

      ID4: not so bad
Wild Wild West: Not good, but I think it's going to be a cult classic in ten years.
Batman and Robin: Well, at least it had a cute Alicia Silverstone... Probably her last cute appearance before cocaine destroyed her (Okay, I was like 14. It's not my fault. Really.)
Pluto Nash: $7m WORLDWIDE gross? That's got to be a record for crapulence.

She did a stint in Betty Ford for it, i believe Then came back, acted in a movie, then realized that she liked coke better then acting...

No, the TV show was not good but became a cult classic.
The movie was just plain manure.

But she made the top of the list of Jewsweek in 2001 ... after Batman and Robin ...

Agreed on all except Independence day isn't a "worst 10." It's bad but not the worst. IMO Pearl Harbor is in the same boat. But agreed on the rest.

I just ordered the first season of Wild Wild West on DVD. That show rocked!

My vote for the worst was Independence Day, hands down. It had done great box office, and one day after it came out on video I decided that I wanted to see stuff blown up and rented it. I felt like the audience in the first act of Springtime for Hitler. It was shockingly bad. If it weren't for my iron constitution there's a chance I might not have survived such a shock. Utterly horrific.

Being a WWW fan I went to see that one at the theatre. It sucked hard, though I never felt like my health was endangered as with Independence Day. Interestingly I saw it again on a flight to Europe a few months later and it gave me a few laughs. I suspect that part of the reason WWW sucked is that it so disappointed my expectations. I really like Brannagh and Kevin Kline, and Will Smith is ok too. So I expected something more than a $100 million for special effects and actors salaries and $100 for the script.

I meant it as in, it's the worst movie I recall ever seeing in the theatre, and easily in the Top 10 of worst films I've watched overall.

It was so bad, it stands out for me all those years later. Maybe if I'd been 20 years younger when it premiered..

I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.
