Is it possible to download older windows versions? Are they considered freeware? I'd like to put windows 3.1 on this comp when I get a new one so I can play 'Conquest of the New World' again.

No. You can, but it's a pain in the ass and you would probably be better off finding a more recent game like yours or an emulator or way to fix whatever its problem with WinXP is.Is it possible to download older windows versions? Even that was as of several years ago. I have no idea if Windows 3.1 could run on modern hardware "out of the box" or with fixes.meet the new boss, same as the old bossComment
