Well, it's not so uncommon that somebody signs up and forgets about it or something. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the remaining seven doesn't show. It usually happens. In that case, I need another guy.

the way we usually do this is get everyone to state their pref for 1 or 2 leagues and any major differences in the leagues - like team D or individual defenders. Looks like yours will be team D and mine will be individual, and there might be some minor scoring differences, like how many yds per point for returns or passing. Then we mix and match so the people wanting in both are accomodated. I think last year we had several people wanting to play both leagues and only 2 open spots so we had a "lottery" to see who got in.Comment

Thats a good idea, we deserve to lose a pt if our kicker cant make it from 40I decided to penalize kickers who miss field goals less than 40 yards. It's always fun to laugh at your opponent when one of his players puts up a negative point value.
And it appears Yahoo has finally done away with the limit on scoring categories. Thank God... I hated choosing between return yds which are great for defenders who return kicks and some other category.Comment

duke, are you withdrawing from this league to join Berz's, or are you in for both leagues? I think you meant the latter, but I'm not sure.
You can make your own list for the first twelve or so guys if you'd like, duke. Sometimes the BAPAY list is kind of silly.

Well I don't really want to play both leagues, so I'll sign up for this one.
BAPAY me the first pick if I'm not here for the however many hours you get to choose (24?), and then I'll use my inspired (useless) skills for the rest.
I've asked my boss who looked hot in the draft, but apparently he stopped watching college football some years ago and has no idea now, so it looks as though I'll have to rely on the captain of my softball team for hot picks.
PS - thanks for calling me "duke" instead of "Duke".
