    Rest of the second round of matches I'll post after Group H played their first.
    I didn't think you could change predictions once the group had started.

      You can't change group winners. Match results can be changed until the matches start, as some people are doing frequently.

      • Even I knew that.

        I should get 2 additional points for at least being clever enough to learn the rules of this thing.

        • I'm changing my prediction for Germany - Poland:

          Germany 2 - Poland 0

          • Wait a minute... I thought it was allright to change predictions before the first game in the group started, but not afterwards. I mean, now we have seen (almost) all of the teams play everyone is going to change? Someone cares to explain the rules to me?

            BTW, I also think that next time an exact score prediction should give you more points than just picking the winner. By now I would already have pwnd you all...
            Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
            And notifying the next of kin
            Once again...

            • No, the score predictions should not be changed until the next round.
              Then the element of uncertainty comes in, because now we all know that the USA are useless, and that Trinidad & Tobago have a better defence that they might have first been credited with.
              Stupid rules.

              • Jesus christ, how hard can it be, people? We've only used the same set of rules for the past 6-7 years now...

                We predict 3 things:

                - tournament winner and top scorer. You must announce this before the tournament in question starts;

                - group winner and runner up. You must announce this before the group in question starts;

                - match winner and score. You must announce this before the match in question starts..

                It's almost like there's a system...

                • Hmmm. Given the injuries for Spain and Ukraine, I'm also going to change that prediction.

                  Spain 1 - 1 Ukraine

                  Bite me. Shevchenko might not be playing at all, and the strong teams haven't managed to score much lately. And there are few draws.

                                But Jamaica weren't very good. Even Crouch scored a hat-trick. T & T were OK against Sweden.

                                England would have been better off playing a warm-up match against Gillingham or Luton.
