What do you mean "don't know who's playing?".

I'm not talking about post-group games, I'm talking about group games.

I wouldn't have bothered posting predictions for all the games for group stages if I hadn't thought we were supposed to do them all before the tournament starts.

        • I think we can disqualify Alva despite him getting this right .

          No one predicted a T & T victory, what a shame .

That's the rule. You may change your prediction for every match until the minute it starts. Just do it in a new post instead of editing the original post.

                • And some of us are really lazy and unless the last game had been something like:

                  Trinidad & Tobago 10 - Sweden 0, we don't change predictions

Which players, what the lineup will be. E.g. knowing that just about the entire Dutch midfield lineup is suffering from injuries could have an impact on one's prediction for Netherlands vs Serbia...

                      • I don't think you should be allowed to change predictions. I mean, after the awful showing from all the teams in Group A, then I'd like to change my top scorer to Klose, because he needn't even score in the next rounds to get the golden boot if the defences are all as terrible as they were yesterday.

Actually, England doesn't have to beat anyone to go to the second stage now. 2 draws = guaranteed qualification for second round now Of course, I'd rather see two wins.

You can change game predictions any time before the game starts, you can still change predictions for groups C-H, but you're stuck with your Golden Boot and overall winner predictions now since those have already started. And quite frankly, if Klose wins, I'd be happy because most people didn't predict it

Of course, Argentina scored a goal early that the ref cancelled, but I demand that my 3-1 prediction be counted as correct .
