  • Online IQ Test (and a question about IQ tests)

i was actually looking for puzzles but I ran into this:

Have you seen https://www.123test.com/iq-tests/? You can practice several questions that make up IQ tests and aptitude tests there for free. The website also has other tests like personality tests. Visit 123test to enjoy these tests!

It has two types of tests, a standard IQ test and then one that's supposed to better differentiate between people of higher IQ's.

My question is what's with the knowledge questions on there? I thought IQ tests were supposed to test "capacity to learn" but really more reasoning ability sans learned knowledge yet these tests have questions concerning things that could only be learned (like definitions of esoteric geometric theorems). And whats up with mathematical questions anyway? I'm sure that ability to answer those questions and a high IQ were statistically correlated but if you don't know math, then what?

Anyway, I took both tests and got a 130 on both. I've been awake for 22 hrs straight though what with working night shift so I'll still tell people my IQ is 140

Just say it's in a class by itself of 300 if you're just going to make up a number.

the test that i took when i was younger (for MG classes) said ~140. this was adjusted for age though, as i'm assuming that an IQ of 140 at age 10 (or however old i was) isn't the same as an IQ of 140 at age 21.

that's the other thing... how are ages factored into the system?

Too much knowledge-based content there. Only got a 139

138 ... if i got a single one right on that memory section it was a fluke just paniced each time and went blank .. they've definately got their psychology right on which bits people will try to memorise with all 4 options matching the pattern picked.

I got 716, and then received a message that their server just melted from aura emitted by my genius.

I also have a 14 inch dick and $17 trillion in the bank.

One wonders what the choice would be (among men).

A 14 inch d*** and 17 million in the bank, or....

Do you mean million, or trillion? If it's trillion, I'm sure you can use some of the additional $3 trillion to fund dick-stretching technologies.
