    "The Best Moment" of Bush's presidency: Catching a fish - if he really DID

    So, here's how the story goes:

    Liar-in-Chief is interviewed by German weekly Bild am Sonntag. During the course of the interview, he is asked what the Best Moment in his presidency so far was.

    His answer:

    I would say the best moment of all was when I caught a 7.5 pound (3.402 kilos) perch in my lake

    Wow...President for over 5 years, and yet, a fish is his proudest accomplishment. Seems to say something about his administration, doesn't it?

    Well, there's more to be said.

    Turns out the World's Record for largest perch ever caught weighed 4 pounds, 3 ounces in New Jersey back in 1865.

        He must have been lying. It's not like Bush to accidentally confuse one thing with another...

          (and he's also able to name other proud accomplishments of his, like passing the Brady Bill and his economic plan)

                      It not being true doesn't necessarily make it a lie, though. It's quite possible he's just an idiot and this is a mistake of his. I don't really think this is some crafty Bush plan to up his flagging approval rating.
