  • NHL Playoffs - Round 2

No ****. I've been rooting for every Canadian team from the start.

CAL/EDM is going to be a hard decision, though.
Nah, it'll be easy. Edmonton won't last long.

The Ducks will be pretty intimidated tomorrow, I reckon.

        I'd laugh if it happened.

But I want a Calgary/Edmonton series, so then i'd be annoyed.

I want Anaheim to win... obviously, so Calgary loses.

But then, the playoffs would look like this:

          in the Eastern conference:

          it's the 1-4 seeds left

          in the West

          it's the 5-8 seeds

the top dogs in the East vs the underdogs in the West

          pretty interesting situation

I don't know if that has ever happened before
To us, it is the BEAST.

              Why would it be funny?

Both Anaheim and Calgary are loaded with young Western Canadian players by great coaches that emphasize defensive play.

The Calgary-Anaheim is the most evenly matched playoff series in the first round. It's anyone's game.

You laugh, but you know nothing about hockey.

I have won as many Stanley Cups as the "great coach" of the Calgary Flames.

Great coaches can exist before they win a Stanley Cup.

Pat Quinn has lots of Stanley Cups, and he's a joke of a coach. See the difference?

I also think Tortorella is a lame coach. He got lucky last season.

also, my career winning percentage as a hockey coach is 1.000

                            I'm 1-0

I coached some 6 year olds to a stunning 5-2 (I think) victory when their coach had to leave for something... I don't remember why. I was getting ready for a practice or something, and the guy came into our locker room and asked if someone could take over. He said just make sure to keep the line changes short and keep ice time even.

                            I even got a whistle.
