Perhaps we should start posting images from Chechnya?
Personally, I feel Kosovo was mishandled. Especially wrt to bombing Serbia. The question at hand, however, is what to do (if anything) about the situation in Darfur, Sudan?

Did Serbia or Iraq ever attacked your country? Perhaps they killed/enslaved thousands of your citizens? What moral ground you had to bomb them? We used force for self-defense, after a numerous acts of war committed aginst us.
Your wars are wars of unprovoked, illegal agression.
Hi, Arrian.

Arrian: we gave Serbia notice that we intended to go to war, if they did not engage in concrete steps to stop the ethnic cleansing in Kosovo. Went bombing, we attempted to reduce civilian casualties, not to maximize them, as AQ did. When the Serbs withdrew from Kosovo, we stopped bombing, and in fact are helping to rebuild Serbia, IIUC.
It is widely held that the bombing of Serbia is what got the Serbs to withdraw, not the air campaign in Kosovo itself. If we had not done that, there would not likely be a Kosovar population left in Kosovo. What do you suggest we should have done?

I'm aware of that (except for the rebuilding part, what's that about?). I still think that the Kosovo intervention was mishandled. Edit: ah-hah, thanks for the link. Second edit: I dunno about "rebuilding" though. Aid, sure.
Serb,
Hi right back at ya.
I'm not going to debate the Chechnya thing. I doubt Russia's "innocent bystander" status that you claim, but I can't be arsed to get into an argument with you. It's rather like beating one's head against a brick wall.
meanwhile, IIUC, the govt of Russia is trying to improve its relations with the govt of Iraq, that collection of "collaborationist stooges and neocon supported exiles". Oil development contracts being more important, apparently, than principled opposition to "US aggression"

You have declared war against Yugoslavia?
It's news to me.
Perhaps it's a shocking news for you, but you can't legaly DOW anyone on this planet, except in case if you've been attacked or your actions being approved by UN Security Council. What you've done was a blatant, unprovoked and cowardly agression.

Thanks to you there are no NATIVE Serbian population in Kosovo NOW. You expelled Serbs from their heartland, from their holyland. Imagine Americans being exiled from Washington D.C. or New York and these lands given to Mexico, Canada or something.
That's what you've done.

1) Never claimed Russia's "bystander" status.
2) As for brick wall, two can play this game.

When Russia tries to improve its relations with your puppet it's wrong. When Russia doesnt' it's a crime, right?
In the case of Kosovo/Serbia, I think our intervention was well-intentioned, but poorly thought-out and executed. The idea was to protect civilians who were being "ethnically cleansed." The problem, it appears, was that there wasn't enough research done concerning what was really going on (KLA, who they? ). That was a mistake. I was personally against military action in Kosovo. I wrote a paper in highschool arguing against it.
That being said, I do see differences between the images you posted. I just don't see any point in discussing them, because you will dismiss those differences as immaterial.
As for Iraq, that's well-covered ground. No need to have that discussion again.

So, is Russia going to veto action to stop genocide in Darfur? your govt abstained on the weak measure of personal sanctions on identified Sudanese war criminals.
