      Well he actually isn't trying to get the position for himself, he is just trying to create the position in general. The newspapers are taking quite a lot of creative license with that...

            This reminds me of Michael Moore's thing about how he ran for school board while still in high school and won because he got the "stoner vote".

                A 14 year old CHILD is not qualified to be a member of a school board....


                If he does not have a vote, its a farce and a waste of time.

                If they are going to make a mistake, they can at least not make a half assed mistake...
