Apocalypse, I can tell you what my father chose...
He was a Major in the Special Forces. Green Beret and all that. And I cant say he is any more messed up than the rest of them... or now that I think about it, maybe that's just his personality...

Some Mech Infantry and Cav units have both Bradleys and Strykers. It's kinda up in the air for the next few years. Lots of reorganization going on.

You generally don't start off as special forces. What was his original branch? probably infantry.

Personally, I'd be looking at Aviation, but if your not a piolet, I don't really know what it would entail.

Engineers is also a good option. Nothing like blowing things up...

dude, do you know what it's like in camps when there's no showers, and you're with a woman for say, a week? Illusions about roses and silk starts to fade away when the reality sets in. But I guess it would still win letting piots.

Aviation is pretty competitive. If I did what is required to get into aviation, I'd probably get in. I'd rather do other things though.
