Since for me, the only difference from XBOX and 360 are how much detailed are the textures.
Look again. They have a higher res, they have a lot more polygons, a lot more objects at the same time on the screen, fancy effects like HDR... Try pulling off something like Kameo, Gost Recon, PGR3 or Oblivion on the original Xbox... You can't.
I agree, these scans look nice, if indeed they are actual scans of a Revolution game. I'll wait till I see actual in-game screenshots before I cream my pants.

I think it is, all of Nintendo's games will for sure be available, and the third party ones depend on the individual publisher or whatever..but that may have changed.

You won't be downloading any Rare titles, for one (GoldenEye...). Or any other titles that third parties refuse to license.
...on the other hand, there's a big trend now of old games being released on XBLA for download (Street Fighter II is about to come out). Expect to see some classic Rare games soon.
