Why did we invade Iraq again, because Hussein bombed the WTC right?

ANYWAY.... yeah, in a serious armed conflict we would go to town and not hold back.

You don't need to occupy a country like say Iran, if you've destroyed it.

Occupying is harder with troops then destroying most of the major cities with conventional bombing.

Could Iran invade Iraq if the USA bombs Iran ?

If Iran is attacked by airstrikes which either originate from Iraq or which pass over Iraqi airspace, then yes, Iran invading Iraq would generally be considered an act of self-defence.
