        I ate around 4 pounds of grilled mutton in two hours at the Sapporo Brewery in January. Got all you can drink beer along with it and had about eight or so. Hard to remember exact figures, as I was really drunk and high on meat by the end of it...

                          and im well on my way. although 6-7% bodyfat isnt really what I desire. in the 12-14% range seems good for me.

                                Not really. Once the meat had a chance to move into my intestines I felt fine. Only took about 2 hours to return to normality.
