Yeah, for now. In reality, this was Ming's idea. See, he's an old man, and wants to go into retirement instead of keeping 24/7 watch over this rat circus, so he came up with the idea of Otbot.

It's actually hosted on Ming's machine, and is also observing Ming's behaviour to better learn how to be merciless and how to deal with the locals here .
